The H0700KC17Y from Littelfuse is a Fast Symmetrical Gate-Turn-Off Thyristor that is ideal for traction propulsion and auxiliaries, AC industrial drives, FACT’s, and active VAr controller applications. It has a break-over voltage of up to 1700 V and a break-over current of less than 700 A. This RoHS-compliant GTO thyristor has a gate trigger voltage of 0.8 V and a gate trigger current of 0.4 A.
