The FGD2040G3-F085 from onsemi is an Automotive-Qualified IGBT that is ideal for automotive ignition coil driver circuits, high-current ignition systems, and coil-on-plug applications. It has a collector-emitter voltage of up to 400 V and a gate-emitter voltage of ±10 V. This AEC-Q101-qualified IGBT has a DC collector current of less than 23.6 A, a DC forward current of up to 6 A, and a collector-emitter leakage current of 25 µA.
