The PTCEL67R102UBE from Vishay is an AEC-Q200-Qualified PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) Thermistor that is designed for inrush current limiting and overload protection. It has high energy absorption levels of up to 340 J and is highly resistant against non-switching peak powers of 25 kW (max). This directly heated ceramic-based doped barium titanate thermistor can handle a high direct voltage of up to 1200 V and withstand an inrush current of 10-30 A. It has an AC voltage rating of 460-800 V RMS and a DC voltage rating of 650-1200 V. 

This RoHS/UL 94 V-0-compliant thermistor has a dissipation factor of 20 mW/K and can withstand over 100,000 inrush power cycles. It is available in a through-hole package that measures 38 x 16.5 mm and is ideal for AC/DC and DC/DC converters, energy dump and DC-link circuits, emergency discharge circuits, OBC, battery charging equipment, welding equipment, and motor drive applications.
