The AL8891QT16E-13 from Diodes Incorporated is a Synchronous Step-Down DC-DC LED Driver. It is ideal for daytime running lights (DRL), front and rear fog lights, turn/stop lights, map lights, dimmable interior/exterior lights, and automotive headlight applications. This LED driver requires an input voltage of 4.5-65 V and delivers an output current of 2 A. It provides a high switching frequency of up to 2.5 MHz to optimize high efficiency and is integrated with high-side (200 mΩ) and low-side (130 mΩ) MOSFETs. This AEC-Q100 grade 1 LED driver consists of a fault flag, PWM and analog dimming, internal soft-start, and shutdown features that provide flexibility and ease of use.
