The IS31CS9310 from Lumissil Microsystems is an Automotive-Qualified LED Driver and Controller that is ideal for LED control, LED lighting control, and industrial HMI control (white goods and appliances) applications. It requires an input voltage of 3-5.5 V (LED). This AEC-Q100 Grade 1-qualified driver/controller consists of a RISC-V EMC core, memory units, clock sources, timers, host interfaces, analog/digital peripherals, a touch-key controller, a melody controller, and an LED control/driver. It uses the built-in microcontroller for processing touch keys, active proximity sensing signals, and LED controls. This IC’s touch-key controller supports self-capacitance mode, mutual-capacitance mode (optional), and proximity sensing.
