The  CL2N3-G-P002 from Microchip Technology is a High Voltage Temperature Compensated Constant-Current LED Driver IC that is designed to provide a constant current of 20 mA. It requires an input voltage of 5 - 90 V. This LED driver is used as a two-terminal constant-current source or constant-current sink. It can be used in parallel with similar LED drivers to provide higher currents such as 40 mA, 60 mA, or 80 mA. This LED driver has a temperature coefficient of 0.01%/°C. It is available in a surface-mount package that measures 0.235 x 0.250 x 0.086 inches and is ideal for LED drivers, industrial lamp indicators, signage, accent lighting, automotive, constant current source, and constant current sink applications.
