The MCTL270N04Y-TP from Micro Commercial Components is an N-Channel Power MOSFET that has been designed in an excellent package to provide optimal heat dissipation and performance. It has a drain-source breakdown voltage of over 40 V, a gate threshold voltage of 3 V, and a drain-source on-resistance of less than 2.6 milli-ohms. This power MOSFET has a continuous drain current of up to 270 A and a power dissipation of less than 391 W. It includes a high-density cell design for low drain-source on-resistance with an Epoxy coating that meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating.
