The AM9469 from Diodes Incorporated is a Single-Phase Full Wave Direct PWM Motor Driver that is ideal for 9V/12V/15V BLDC cooling fans and motors, CPU cooling fans for notebooks and desktop BLDC fans, instruments cooling fans, medium voltage and low power BLDC motor applications. It requires an input voltage of 2.4 – 18 V. This motor driver features an integrated full-bridge driver that minimizes audible switching noise and electromagnetic interference (EMI), ensuring a quiet and interference-free operation. It provides flexible speed control through external PWM, DC voltage, or thermistor network, adjusting the output duty cycle accordingly.
