The BTM9010EP from Infineon Technologies is an Automotive-Qualified Full-Bridge Motor Driver IC that is ideal for automotive unidirectional and bidirectional brushless DC motors, door modules, mirror modules, body control modules, resistive load, and inductive load applications. It requires an input voltage of 7-18 V (normal) and 4.5-40 V (extended). This AEC-Q100-qualified driver is manufactured based on monolithic BCD technology and consists of a power stage, digital logic, a power supply, protection and diagnostics, a MUX, and serial interfaces. It supports a range of options for selecting an optimal slew rate. 

This motor driver IC also provides current sensing with open load diagnostics and produces the information (results, error flag) at the IS pin. It is equipped with intelligent protection features for safeguarding against over-temperature, under-voltage, over-current, short-circuit, and cross-current conditions. This RoHS-compliant driver has an exposed pad to ensure better thermal performance and is available in a surface-mount package that measures 4.9 x 1.15 mm.
