The BTM9011EP from Infineon Technologies is an Automotive-Grade Full-Bridge Motor Driver IC that is ideal for automotive unidirectional and bidirectional brushless DC motors, door modules, mirror modules, body control modules, resistive loads, and inductive load applications. It requires an input voltage of 7-18 V (extendable from 4.5 V to 40 V). This driver uses monolithic BCD technology with an exposed pad for improved thermal performance. It is equipped with protection features for safeguarding against over-temperature, under-voltage, over-current, short-circuit, and cross-current conditions. This motor driver IC includes an SPI interface for advanced communication and control.
