The MPQ6526 from Monolithic Power Systems is a Hex Half-Bridge Motor Driver with serial input control. It requires an input voltage of 7 - 28 V and provides an output current of up to 900 mA. The motor driver consists of integrated power MOSFETs that can drive up to six different loads. It has six half-bridges that can be controlled separately from a standard serial data interface and supports various diagnostic functions.


This motor driver has a very low quiescent current in standby mode, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. It features a serial data interface with a 3 MHz serial interface clock. This motor driver benefits from a fault output flag and is compatible with daisy chaining. It is integrated with short-circuit protection (SCP), under-voltage protection (UVP), and thermal shutdown protection circuitries.
