The BCV200-700-8 from Bel Fuse is a Combo Unit System that serves as an all-in-one eMobility unit for hybrid vehicles, electric vehicles, medium through heavy duty and on and off-highway vehicles. It requires an input voltage of 100-240 V and an input current of 70 A. This liquid-cooled combo unit delivers an output power of 20 kW and has an efficiency of up to 92%. It consists of a 15 kW bidirectional inverter/charger, a 4 kW down converter (12 V) and a 1 kW down converter (24 V) providing a convenient and compact solution that helps reduce cabling. The onboard charger provides an output voltage of 450-850 V in charge mode and an output of 120/240 VAC (split phase) in export power mode. It provides high efficiency, high reliability, low total harmonic distortion (AC), low output voltage noise (DC), and excellent dynamic response to load/input changes.

This combo unit benefits from over-temperature, output over-voltage and over-current protection. It includes a CAN bus serial interface along with SAE J1939-compliant CAN control and monitoring. This IP67/IP6K9K-rated combo unit is compliant with SAE J1455 environmental standards. It is available as a module that measures 650 x 490 x 100 mm.
