The OBC 22kW-450 from Stercom Power Solutions is an On-Board Charger ideal for public transportation, construction machinery, and marine eDrives applications. It requires an AC input voltage of 190–504 V. This charger delivers a DC output power of up to 22 kW, a DC output voltage of 200-450 V, and a charging current of up to 32 A. It utilizes advanced silicon carbide technology to deliver high efficiency and is compatible with various battery management systems (BMS). This onboard charger (OBC) supports both AC and DC charging types and features an embedded power line communication (EPLC) charge controller that handles communication between the BMS and charging stations. It is designed to provide flexibility and enables simple installation.

This charger supports flexible AC input configurations and offers compatibility with all major CCS/Type 2 inlets with a power factor of over 99% and very low total harmonic distortion (THD). It is equipped with AC over-voltage, under-voltage, and over-current protection to ensure safety. This charger is available in an IP6K9K-rated module that measures 491.8 x 347.9 x 95.2 mm.
