The OBC_22kW-800-40 from Stercom Power Solutions is a Three-Phase AC/DC On-Board Charger that has been designed for AC and DC charging in electric vehicles (EVs). It requires an AC input voltage of 190 - 504 V (US) and 346 - 440 V (EU), and an input current of 32 A. This charger delivers an output power of 22 kW, a DC output voltage of 420 – 800 V, and an output current of up to 40 A. It employs Silicon Carbide technology to offer efficient switching, making it ideal for 12 V/24 V electronic supplies. This on-board charger has a flexible AC input configuration that provides a compatible configuration with all major types of CCS/Type2 inlets and has identical outline dimensions and plugs for all versions. It consumes very low power in sleep mode and has very low total harmonic distortion (THD), which translates from its increased AC input power factor (> 99 %).
