The AOZ8S207BLS-01 from Alpha & Omega Semiconductor is a Single-Channel Bidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor Diode that is ideal for protecting USB 3.1 Gen 1 & Gen 2, USB3.2, thunderbolt 2.0, 3.0 and 4.0, mobile phones, and notebook computers. This suppressor incorporates two unidirectional TVS diodes back-to-back in a single package. It has a forward voltage of 5 V and a forward current of up to 8 A. This diode has a repetitive peak reverse voltage of less than 1 V and a reverse current of up to 50 nA. It exhibits low capacitance and low clamping voltage making it suitable for data transmission protection in mobile and computing devices. This RoHS-compliant diode is available in a surface-mount package that measures 0.6 x 0.3 x 0.3 mm.
