The DSC02120 from Diodes Incorporated is an Automotive Qualified SiC Schottky Diode that has been designed to provide excellent reverse leakage stability at high temperatures. It has a forward voltage of 1.39 V and a forward current of up to 2 A. This AEC-Q101-qualified diode has a reverse voltage of over 1200 V and a reverse current of less than 128 µA. It has a repetitive peak reverse voltage of up to 1200 V and a non-repetitive peak forward current of less than 24 A. This RoHS-compliant diode exhibits low conduction loss, low switching loss, and a high surge current handling capability. It is available in a through-hole package that measures 9.65 x 27.1 mm and is ideal for rectification, power factor correction, industrial motor drivers, power inverters, SMPS, and UPS applications.
