The ER1D-AQ from Diotec Semiconductor is a Superfast Recovery Rectifier Diode that is ideal for the rectification of higher frequencies, high-speed switching, and commercial and industrial applications. It has a forward voltage of 1 V and a forward current of up to 1 A. This REACH-compliant power diode has a repetitive peak reverse voltage of less than 200 V and a reverse current of less than 5 µA. It has a very low reverse recovery time and low forward voltage drop. This RoHS-compliant rectifier diode is available in a surface-mount package that measures 5.0 x 2.7 x 2.2 mm.
