The HFA35HB60 from Infineon Technologies is a Soft and Ultrafast Recovery Diode that is ideal for DC-DC converters and motor drives in space applications. It has a forward voltage of 1.55 - 2.25 V and a forward current of up to 22 A. This diode has a repetitive peak reverse voltage of less than 600 V and a reverse current of up to 10 µA. It is based on a single-diode configuration and provides reduced snubbing, RFI, and EMI interference-related effects. This military-qualified diode offers extensive characterization of recovery parameters and benefits from electrostatic discharge (ESD) rating.
