The TPSMB-L Series from Littelfuse are Automotive-Grade Transient Voltage Suppression Diodes to safeguard the Analog Front End chip (AFE/BMIC) of Electric Vehicle Battery Management Systems (BMS) from overvoltage events. They have a breakdown voltage of 70.40 - 95.50 V and a maximum reverse current of less than 1 µA. These AEC-Q101-qualified diodes have a maximum clamping voltage of 83 - 114 V. They have a peak pulse power capability of 600 W. These diodes have a maximum forward voltage of 3.5 V. They are designed to offer excellent clamping capability with low incremental surge resistance.  

These power diodes undergo rigorous whisker testing based on JEDEC JESD201A standards and follow ESD protection of data lines by IEC 61000-4-2 standards. They feature glass-passivated chip junction that ensures high reliability in automotive applications. These RoHS-compliant power diodes are available in surface-mount packages that measure 4.570 x 3.940 mm and are ideal for the protection of I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other vulnerable circuits used in automotive applications.
