The PMEG200G10ELR from Nexperia is an Automotive Qualified Rectifier Diode. It has a forward voltage of 8.5 mV and a forward current of 1.4 A. This rectifier has a reverse current of less than 30 nA, a  repetitive peak reverse voltage of 200 V, and a non-repetitive peak forward current of 40 A. It requires a minimal forward voltage, a reverse recovery charge, and offers thermal stability of up to 175 °C. This AEC-Q101-qualified diode has an extremely low leakage current with fast and smooth switching capability, making it suitable for high-efficiency applications. It provides low parasitic capacitance with minimal impact on electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), thereby allowing for a simplified certification process.

This RoHS-compliant diode is available in a surface-mount package that measures 2.6 x 1.7 x 1 mm and is ideal for high-efficiency power conversion, automotive LED lighting, engine control unit, server power supply, base station power supply, reverse polarity protection, and OR-ing applications.
