The STTH60RQ06-M2Y from STMicroelectronics is an Automotive Qualified Ultrafast Bridge Rectifier Module that has been designed for use in full-wave rectification of an output voltage of a DC-DC converter in automotive applications. It has a forward voltage of 1.15 V and a forward current of up to 30 A. This module has a repetitive peak reverse voltage of less than 600 V and a reverse current of 80 µA. It is manufactured on a Direct Bond Copper (DCB) substrate and integrates a top-side cooling mechanism to ensure low thermal resistance, very high thermal performance, and increased power density.
