The HS1DALH from Taiwan Semiconductor is an Automotive Qualified Rectifier Diode that is ideal for snubber, automotive, DC-DC converters, and freewheeling applications. It has a forward voltage of 0.85 V and a forward current of up to 1 A. This rectifier has a reverse voltage of less than 140 V and a reverse current of up to 1 µA. It has a repetitive peak reverse voltage of less than 200 V and a non-repetitive peak forward current of up to 35 A. This AEC-Q101-qualified diode consists of a glass passivated chip junction and ensures low power loss and fast switching operation for high efficiency. It provides an automated method of placement on mounting surfaces and meets UL 94V-0 flame-retardant standards to ensure device safety. This RoHS-compliant rectifier is available in a surface-mount package that measures 4.15 x 2.50 mm.
