The EVX Series from TE Connectivity are DC EMI Filters that provide electromagnetic interference (EMI) attenuation for electric vehicle (EV) charging applications. They require an input voltage of 500 V/1000 V/1500 V and an input current of 150-1600 A. These filters are designed for integration into IEC/EN 61851-23-compliant electric vehicle conductive charging systems. They support four levels of attenuation – standard with and without ground capacitors, medium, and high-performance levels of EMI attenuation. The supported current rating range allows these filters to handle high power from 75 kW to 2.4 MW during fast EV charging.
These RoHS-compliant EMI filters have a small footprint with a compact design that makes them easy to install. They are available in packages and are ideal for level 3 and above fast charging applications from 75 kW to 2.4 MW, battery energy storage systems (BESS), solar power converter systems, and power conversion applications.
