The MPQ79700FS from Monolithic Power Systems is a 12 Channel Automotive Qualified Power Management IC. This PMIC consists of a 32 kHz crystal oscillator driver and a real-time clock (RTC) with an alarm function. It has an input voltage of 2.7 V to 5.5 V and provides essential control and sequencing for the entire platform. This PMIC offers both programmability and flexibility that enable efficient design reuse across different applications and SoC generations. It consists of a programmable window watchdog device that can be accessed using a fast mode I2C interface with CRC and also integrates active-low system reset and interrupt outputs.
