The INN4373F-H341-TL from Power Integrations is a Digitally Controllable Off-Line Flyback Switcher IC that is ideal for high-density power adapters, multiprotocol adapters including USB PD + PPS, QC, VOOC, VFC, SCP, direct-charge mobile device chargers, multi-chemistry tool, and general purpose battery chargers, Adjustable CV and CC LED ballast applications. It requires an input voltage of 85 - 265 V. This PMIC consists of a magnetically coupled transmitter and primary receiver, an I2C interface, a regulator connected to a secondary bypass pin, synchronous rectifier FET driver, oscillator, timing circuits, and other protection functions. It can substantially reduce the size of power adapters and interfaces with the ClampZero family of active clamp ICs to achieve zero voltage switching in both continuous and discontinuous conduction modes. This IC uses a novel inductive coupling feedback scheme (FluxLink) to provide a safe, reliable, and cost-effective means to transmit output voltage and current from the secondary to the primary controller.
The INN4373F-H341-TL can operate in QR mode using an RCD clamp with the appropriate part number choice.
