The BD48HW0G-CTR from ROHM Semiconductor is an Automotive-Qualified Dual Output ADJ Type Window Voltage Detector IC that is designed to provide voltage detection functions for all automotive devices. This PMIC requires an input voltage of 1.8 - 40 V. It is a very small, lightweight, and thin device solution that is manufactured using the CMOS process, thereby resulting in low current consumption. 

This AEC-Q100-qualified PMIC integrates a dual N-channel open drain output and adjusts the detection voltage set using external resistors. It is equipped with over-voltage and under-voltage protection circuits to prevent false trigger and short-circuit-related damages. The voltage detector IC is available in a surface-mount package that measures 2.9 mm x 2.8 mm x 1.25 mm and is ideal for automotive applications.
