The BD868D0MUF-C from ROHM Semiconductor is an Automotive Qualified Power Management IC. This PMIC requires an input voltage of 4-18 V. It integrates a primary DC-DC converter, dual secondary DC-DC converter, a secondary line LDO regulator for the CMOS sensor, and an image sensing power supply. The PMIC is incorporated with a DC-DC converter that deliver high efficiency with synchronous rectification. It uses a spread spectrum frequency modulation technique to provide regulated outputs with a lower noise level.

This AEC-Q100 qualified PMIC consists of thermal shutdown (TSD) and over-current protection circuitries to prevent short-circuit-related damages. It is available in a surface-mount package that measures 3.5 x 3.5 x 1.0 mm and is ideal for camera systems utilizing CMOS sensors and Autonomous Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) applications.
