The BM2SC122FP2-LBZ from ROHM Semiconductor is a Quasi-Resonant AC-DC Converter that is ideal for AC adaptors, household appliances, and industrial equipment applications. It requires an input voltage of 15 - 27.5 V. This power management IC (PMIC) integrates a built-in 1700 V SiC-MOSFET.
