The CHPHT Series from Vishay are Thick Film Chip Resistors that are ideal for downhole or aircraft braking system applications.  These resistors have a resistance of up to 100 mega-ohms and a resistance tolerance of ±1 to 5 %. They have a power rating of less than 0.1 W. These resistors are designed to perform reliably in extreme temperatures and operate over a temperature range from -55 °C to +230 °C, making them suitable for various challenging environments. They ensure stability and longevity during periods of non-use or transportation and have a storage temperature range from -55 °C to +245 °C. These resistors cater to diverse application needs with gold terminations for temperatures up to 245 °C, and tin/silver terminations for operating temperatures up to 200 °C. They are available in a surface-mount package.
