The ITS4130Q-EP-D from Infineon Technologies is a Quad Channel Smart High-Side Power Switch that has been designed to ensure integrated protection and diagnosis on the high side. It requires an input voltage of 5 - 45 V and provides an output current of up to 650 mA. This JEDEC-rated switch has all control inputs 24 V capable and supports a direct interface to optocouplers. It has all its control inputs 3.3 V and 5 V logic level compatible and offers low and accurate current limitations. 

This RoHS-compliant compact switch benefits from electrostatic discharge protection (ESD) and is optimized for electromagnetic compatibility. It is available in a surface-mount package that measures 4.90 x 2.65 x 1.15 mm and is ideal for loads that require a precise current limit, digital output modules (PLC applications, factory automation), switching resistive, inductive and capacitive loads in harsh industrial environments, replacing electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits and industrial peripheral switches and power distribution applications.
