The R5528Z001A-E2-F from Nisshinbo Micro Devices is a CMOS-Based Over-Voltage Protector Power Switch IC that has been designed for reliable and efficient circuit protection. It requires an input voltage of 2.3 – 36 V and delivers an output current of up to 3 A. This power switch consists of a gate driver, charge pump, timing and control logic circuit, and protection circuits.
