The K1200SA from JieJie Microelectronics is a Bilateral Voltage-Triggered Sidac that is ideal for high-voltage lamp ignitors, natural gas ignitors, gas oil ignitors, high-voltage power supplies, xenon ignitors, overvoltage protectors, pulse generators, fluorescent lighting ignitors, and HID lighting ignitors applications. It has a break-over voltage of up to 125 V and a break-over current of less than 50 A. This sidac offers a quick response to surge voltage with an excellent capability to absorb transient surges compared to standard diacs. It is provided with glass-passivated junctions with high-voltage lamp ignitors, delivering greater mechanical strength. This sidac is available in a surface mount package that measures 4.90 x 2.60 x 2.0 mm.
