The TB0640H-13-F from Diodes Incorporated is a Bidirectional Thyristor that has been designed for surge protection applications. This SCR offers bidirectional protection in a single device and has high off-state impedance with low on-state voltage. It is designed to help equipment meet various standards such as GR-1089-CORE, IEC 61000-4-5, FCC Part 68, ITU-T K.20/K.21, and UL497B. This RoHS-compliant SCR is available in a surface-mount package that measures 4.57 x 3.94 x 2.50 mm.
