The TN6050HP-12WY from STMicroelectronics is an Automotive Qualified SCR Thyristor that is designed for automotive onboard and stationary battery charger applications. It has a break-over voltage of up to 1200 V and a break-over current of less than 600 A. This SCR has a gate trigger voltage of up to 1.3 V and a gate trigger current from 10-50 mA. It delivers superior performances and has a high junction temperature with high noise immunity. This AEC-Q101 qualified thyristor is available in a through-hole package that measures 15.45 x 34.05 mm and is ideal for AC-DC voltage-controlled rectifiers, solar and wind renewable energy inverters/rectifiers, UPS such as bypass SSR, inrush current limiter (ICL) in AC-DC rectifier, and solid-state relay applications.
