The BT151U-500C from WeEN Semiconductors is a Passivated Thyristor that is ideal for motor control, industrial and domestic lighting, heating, and static switching applications. It has a break-over voltage of up to 500 V and a break-over current of less than 100 A. This rectifier has a gate trigger voltage of up to 0.6 V and a gate trigger current of less than 2 mA. It is available in a through-hole package that measures 16.92 x 6.73 mm.
