The NCR125W-125M from WeEN Semiconductors is a Planar Passivated Silicon Controlled Rectifier that is designed to be interfaced directly with microcontrollers, logic integrated circuits, and other low-power gate trigger circuits. It has a break-over voltage of up to 1250 V and a break-over current of less than 20 A. This rectifier has a gate trigger voltage of up to 0.8 V and a gate trigger current of less than 0.1 mA. It offers high surge current capability and high voltage capability. This rectifier has a sensitive gate that directly gets triggered by low-power drivers and logic ICs. It is available in a through-hole package that measures 6.3 x 3.7 x 1.8 mm and is ideal for ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI), GFCI socket, residual current circuit breaker with over-current protection (RCBO) and arc fault circuit interrupter (AFCI) applications.
