The WCR03-12WM from WeEN Semiconductors is a Planar Passivated Thyristor that is designed to be interfaced directly with microcontrollers, logic integrated circuits, and other low-power gate trigger circuits. It has a break-over voltage of up to 1250 V and a break-over current of less than 20 A. This thyristor has a gate trigger voltage of up to 0.8 V and a gate trigger current of less than 90 μA. It offers high surge current capability, allowing it to handle large and sudden surges in current. This silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) can be directly triggered by low-power drivers and logic ICs and ensure seamless integration with various electronic systems.
