The VT7-009E from Ohio Semitronics is a DC Voltage Transducer that is ideal for accurately measuring and isolating DC voltage levels and shunt isolator applications. It requires an input voltage of 0 - 500 V. This voltage transducer provides an output current from 4 – 20 mA and has an accuracy of ±0.25% (full scale). It is primarily intended to measure and isolate DC voltage levels, but may also be used to monitor AC and other non-sinusoidal waveforms. This voltage transducer has undergone the 2500 V (AC) dielectric test that ensures insulation integrity of the device. It provides an output signal that is directly proportional to the applied input signal. This transducer can function either as a milliVolt shunt or a high-voltage isolator. It is available in a panel-mount package that measures 4.75 x 2.5 mm.
