SPICE model for GaN HEMT- usage guidelines and example

This document describes the current release of the model, based on the measured characteristicsof the GaN HEMTs. The model has been developed for use with PSpice and LTspice. This document first describes the model, then provides instructions on how to import the model into PSpice and LTspice,and finally compares some test and simulation results.
