MCC Unveils Power MOSFETs for High Power Industrial Applications

MCC introduces an innovative TO-Leadless (TOLL) package designed to withstand high currents in a small N-channel MOSFET. The four new TOLL high-power MOSFETs are the intelligent solution for the stringent demands of Industrial applications.

Large in high power density with excellent EMI performance, these MOSFETs are 30% smaller than traditional D-PAK 7-pin options. They’re also equipped with additional features and benefits to reduce overall component costs, remove size as a design constraint, and provide maximum operational efficiency.

Leveraging SGT technology, these advanced components are available in options ranging from 40V to 150V.
