The XC6810 Series from Torex Semiconductor are Linear Charger ICs for Li-ion Batteries that are designed to be compatible with wireless charging and contact power supply. They require an input voltage of 3.5-28 V. These battery management ICs (BMICs) have a charging voltage of 3.8-4.4 V, a charging current of 1-25 mA and an input current limit of 110 mA. They perform various functions such as shutdown, wake-up, battery voltage monitoring or battery low voltage notification, current path or Vout disconnection function with input voltage supplied, and battery temperature monitoring. These BMICs benefit from battery over-discharge protection, output short protection, thermal control, reverse current prevention, safety timer of charging and UVLO. They are available in surface-mount packages and are ideal for hearing aid, wireless earphones/headsets, wearable devices, wireless charging equipment, IoT devices and smartcards.
