The ACS37800 Series from Allegro MicroSystems are Isolated Power Monitoring ICs designed for both AC and DC applications. These current transducers require a supply voltage of 3.3 V or 5 V and offer current sensing of up to 90 A. They provide accurate measurements of active, reactive, and apparent power, as well as power factor, and eliminate the need for multiple power supplies. These UL 62368-1 certified current transducers provide separate RMS and instantaneous measurements for both voltage and current channels.

These transducers utilize Allegro's Hall-effect-based, galvanically isolated current sensing technology to achieve reinforced isolation of up to 5000 VRMS. They allow communications through an I²C or SPI interface and include two dedicated pins for voltage or current zero-crossing and fast overcurrent fault detection. These current transducers are available in surface-mount packages that measure 10.21 x 10.31 x 2.54 mm.
