The DLDB3 from DC COMPONENTS is a DIAC that is ideal for thyristor phase-control circuits for lamp dimming, universal-motor speed control, and heat control applications. It has a break-over voltage of 28 - 36 V and a break-over current of less than 100 µA. This Diac includes a three-layer glass-passivated structure for triggering thyristors. It is available in a surface-mount package that measures 3.6 x 1.5 mm.
