The D50P from EIC Semi is a Bidirectional Trigger Diac that has been designed to handle a high magnitude of current while ensuring high reliability. It has a break-over voltage of over 42 V and a break-over current of less than 100 µA. This RoHS-compliant diac provides low leakage current and power dissipation for high performance. It is available in a through-hole package that measures 56 x 2.7 mm.
