The AOZ18101DI-01 from Alpha & Omega Semiconductor is a Current-Limiting Over-Voltage Protection eFuse IC that targets applications requiring front-end protection at the input line. It requires an input voltage of up to 14 V. This eFuse IC offers a soft-start function that can be programmed to control the inrush current for highly capacitive loads. It contains a built-in blocking FET for True Reverse Current Blocking (TRCB) and an external blocking FET control pin for application flexibility if a standalone MOSFET is preferred.
