The AOZ18101DI-04 from Alpha & Omega Semiconductors is a Current-Limiting Over-Voltage Protection eFuse IC that targets applications requiring front-end protection at the input line. It requires an input voltage of 3.5 - 14 V. This eFuse IC offers a soft-start function that can be programmed to control the in-rush current for highly capacitive loads. This eFuse IC provides latch-off functionality after a fault is detected and includes an external blocking FET control pin if a standalone MOSFET is preferred.
