The EV22297A from ECOTRON is a Vehicle Control Unit that has been designed to act as the master controller for electric and hybrid vehicles. It requires an input voltage of 9 - 32 V and an input current of less than 1 mA. This vehicle control unit (VCU) is based on Infineon’s 32-bit TC297TP chip that supports 8 MB flash memory, 728 KB SRAM, and 512 KB EEPROM. It is capable of performing core functions such as power ON/OFF management, power system management, drive mode management, drive and brake control, auxiliary management, and fault diagnosis.
This VCU’s bootloader supports UDS protocol by default (programmed in the factory). It supports development using MATLAB/Simulink tools and can be controlled using CAN, LIN, DI, AI, PWM, HSO, LSO, and Ethernet interfaces. This control unit is available in an IP67-rated package that measures 207 x 150 x 42 mm.
