The VOMDA1271T from Vishay is an Automotive Qualified Photovoltaic MOSFET Driver that is ideal for automotive pre-charge relays, power wall chargers, gate drivers for high-voltage MOSFETs, BMS, and custom solid-state relay applications.  It requires an input voltage of 8.5 V.
