The CMT-PLA9869 from Cissoid is a SiC MOSFET that is ideal for switched-mode power supplies (SMPS), high-voltage DC-DC converters, motor drives, battery chargers and solar inverter applications. It has a drain-source voltage of over 1200 V, a gate threshold voltage of 2.35 V, and a drain-source on-resistance of 40 milli-ohms. This MOSFET has a continuous drain current of up to 60 A and a power dissipation of less than 330 W. It offers high system efficiency, increased power density and increased system switching frequency. This MOSFET features seamless driving with HADES gate driver solutions and has reduced cooling requirements. It is available in a through-hole package that measures 41.22 x 15.9 x 5.10 mm.
