The TLE9140EQWXUMA1 from Infineon Technologies is an Automotive-Qualified MOSFET Gate Driver that has been designed for driving a maximum of 3 half-bridges for brushless DC (BLDC) motors in a 24 V/48 V platform. It requires an input voltage of 8 - 75 V. This motor driver IC provides high voltage capability and robustness up to 100 V, which helps to simplify the PCB design. It has a 16-bit serial peripheral interface and a charge pump concept to support a 100% duty cycle.
